Why this blend works
• Cassia — broad-spectrum antimicrobial (antibacterial/antifungal) and anti-inflammatory; rich in flavonoids, saponins, anthraquinones.
Compatibility with common actives
Plays well with niacinamide, alpha-arbutin, licorice extract, lactic acid, panthenol, aloe, chamomile, oat, and barrier-supporting humectants/soothers.
Usage tip: If pairing with salicin (natural BHA), keep salicin ≤ 2%. Example: 2% Acne Extract + 1% salicin (tune per formula goal/skin feel).
